- Due to its composition rugs would produce shed fluff, especially in first couple of months. Vacuum cleaning is recommended.
- Wipe stains immediately with soft moist cloth. Do not let the stains dry out.
- Do not use strong or bleaching detergents. These can damage colours and fibres.
- Dry clean carpets ONLY at specialised cleaners. Do not wash the carpets yourself. Do not dry clean too often.

Urine, blod - wipe immediately with soft tissue or cloth. Apply warm water with soft detergent or vinegar.
- Tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, juice - wipe immediately with soft tissue or cloth. Apply warm water with soft detergent or vinegar.
- Wax - leave to dry, use a blunt side of a knife to remove the dried wax.
- Ink, oil paint - carefully apply solvent (trichloroethylene) with soft cloth. Test colour resistance in the corner first.
- Mud - let the mud dry out, vacuum clean. Use soft brush with warm water.
